Listen to stress signals and respond creatively to everyday challenges
In a highly connected world, we are constantly solicited and subjected to regular and continuous stressful situations. The reactions triggered by this have an impact on our performance and well-being. Stress is an integral part of our lives and plays a major role in the way we work, communicate, and make decisions. It is a warning signal that tells us when certain limits are exceeded.
To understand how it works is to recognise its role and hear the intelligent signals it sends us. It is through understanding and acquiring different techniques that it is possible to respond to stressful situations with more distance and serenity.
