Highlight offers a range of HR trainings targeted around the observation and evaluation of competencies: elaboration of competency profiles, recruitment, conducting structured interviews, performance/career interviews, and implementation of personal development plans.
We offer certified training in skills assessment and assessment centres that uses our assessment tools: assessment grids, business cases/situations and testing tools.
We also provide training for writing business cases or develop fictitious cases or scenarios for you (strategic presentations, management role plays, group exercises, in-tray, etc.) to use in your internal assessment centre.
From our competency model, we accompany you to develop your own competency framework: definition of function families and elaboration of competency profiles by function family. All these profiles are then consolidated to form a repository that meets the needs of your organisation. Highlight Consulting has developed a contemporary competency model that integrates the new behaviours induced by digitalisation, data and new modes of cooperation. This structured and hierarchical model offers a solid basis to build and/or review the HR processes (performance, recruitment, development, leadership) and to create a competency repository specific to your organisation.
