To maintain momentum and stimulate team dynamics
Discovering Insights Discovery® allows the team to better understand its strengths and potential as a group. In the weeks following the first workshop, the team implements new cooperation and communication strategies. The follow-up workshops allow for a review of the actions and changes implemented through Insights Discovery®. They also stimulate exchanges between members and reinforce team spirit, trust and a sense of belonging.
Objectives:
I Exchange on what you have learned and put into practice following the discovery workshop
I Discovery of the Luxembourg team wheel and its dynamics
I Reminder of the fundamentals in the form of games
I Creation of links between participants and strengthening of awareness of different preferences
Contents:
I Exchanges in sub-groups around personal discoveries
I Deepening of the 4 colours
I View of the wheel in the large group and creation of the sub-team wheel
I Ideas, solutions and changes envisaged thanks to the perspectives of the 4 colours
The training is adapted to the needs and context of the organisation. The pedagogical approach is playful and participative. The group works on what it has learned from the discovery day and implements an action plan or new strategies based on the team’s profile.
