Strengthen collaboration and boost performance
Team dynamics animates work to make a group evolve. If it is positive, it contributes to the well-being of the individual team members, the leader who directs them, and their performance. It influences motivation and gives meaning. However, it is difficult to control as each individual involved in the system is an interacting force that influences the collective dynamics. And when dysfunctions appear, identifying the causes and taking appropriate action is not easy.
Exploring and understanding what governs group phenomena with a systemic approach makes it possible to make a diagnosis, recognise power games, take advantage of complementarities, and give meaning to the common objective.
