To guarantee quality relationships
Communicating means first of all clarifying our intention and then choosing the channels through which we can be understood by the other person. Most misunderstandings and conflicts arise from a lack of communication, which is why it is important to develop communication skills, for more serenity in relations.
Communicating means transmitting a message but also offering quality listening to the other person to ensure that he or she has understood it. The challenge of good communication is therefore to avoid interpretations, avoid risky messages and listen actively.
Communicating is an art, that of getting to know and understand each other, and that of skilfully using verbal and non-verbal language to guarantee a quality relationship. Practising active listening and rephrasing are an integral part of the basics of communication, which is above all an encounter between oneself and the other.
