To mark its fifth anniversary, Highlight Consulting is publishing “A Fresh Perspective on Assessment Centers”, a white paper drawing on the 25 years of expertise of its founder, Séverine Barbette.
Our aim is to help organisations make the most of assessment: rigorously observing competencies, informing recruitment and internal mobility decisions, and turning these observations into opportunities for development. The white paper also explores the method’s limitations and the conditions that underpin a high-quality assessment process: relevant criteria, trained assessors, multiple perspectives and meaningful feedback for the person being assessed.
